Conditions

The NLdigital Voorwaarden apply to all our offers and agreements, unless an agreement says otherwise. They are the successor to the Nederland ICT Voorwaarden 2014. They are filed with the Chamber of Commerce; the deposit reference is printed on the copy that is sent with every offer and available on request.

SaaS Factory and Hardening Audit

Every proposal is a fixed price, excluding VAT. The scope of a Factory Sprint, an MVP or a Hardening Audit is written on one page, with the gates, and agreed before work starts. A feature may be swapped for one of equal size at no cost; anything extra is quoted separately or done from Run hours.

Open source

Entry is published under the Apache License 2.0. That licence, not these conditions, governs its use. It carries no licence fee and requires the notices the licence prescribes to be kept.

E-mail disclaimer

If a message is not intended for you, please delete it without opening attachments, remove all copies from your systems, and let the sender know.
