Tech Lead
As a Tech Lead, you form the technical backbone of Enigmatry, together with the other Tech Leads in the Netherlands and Serbia. With the project manager, the analyst and the development teams in Serbia, you are responsible for building, deploying and running applications for our clients.
What the job looks like
You lead the way when we explore new technology and ways of working, which today includes how coding agents and quality gates fit into a team’s day. You advise the sales team on quotes and management on strategic technical decisions.
You make sure our developers build scalable, reliable applications with current technology and an agile approach: simple, fast and as automated as possible. You keep the technical overview, spot challenges and risks early together with the team, and safeguard progress and quality through code reviews and pair programming.
You work in a close-knit team where collaboration and communication come first. You have the drive to raise the quality of our software. You coach colleagues where it helps, share what you know, and dig into complex issues so the team can keep building a product to be proud of.
The position is for 32 to 40 hours a week. The first contract is for one year, with the intention of making it permanent. On Friday afternoons, there are always a few people on the roof terrace for a drink, and you are welcome to join them.
What we ask of you
- 7+ yearsMore than seven years of experience building enterprise applications with web front-ends.
- LeadAt least two years as a Tech Lead or in a comparable role.
- DecisionsYou can make tough calls on your own, and make the right decisions together with the development team.
- AgileExperience with agile and Scrum, but comfortable with other methods too.
- StackSkilled in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular and cloud services.
- QualityYou know what it takes to build high-quality software, and you are familiar with SOLID, TDD, DDD and CI/CD.
- CuriousYou like to keep up with what is new in the field.
- LanguageFluent in Dutch and English, and living in the Netherlands.
