Challenge.
Finding a highly specialised software team for one of the largest publishers in the world.
You don't have to tell the people at RELX how to develop software. The publisher employs thousands of specialised IT professionals and data scientists. The Nextens team (part of Reed Business Information that is also building an online tax return program on cloud technology) also consists out of highly skilled people. Nevertheless, more capacity was needed. Preferably in the form of a group of loyal, skilled developerswho also had to have a good personal match with the permanent team in Amsterdam. And of course a company that is capable of developing very specific software that is difficult to build.
Solution.
Enigmatry, together with RELX, very carefully selected a team of developers for RELX.The team from Serbia has been developing for RELX for several years now with almost no staff turnover. This success can be explained by the fact that the match with the RELX team has been carefully looked at and that we have invested for years in an excellent working atmosphere. The personal appreciation we give to the developers also pays off.
